Definition

বিশেষ কিছু শব্দ, বাক্য বা উচ্চারণ যা সাধারণত জাদু বা ধর্মীয় অনুষ্ঠানে ব্যবহার করা হয় এবং বিশ্বাস করা হয় এগুলোর বিশেষ ক্ষমতা আছে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'Incantations' সাধারনত গল্প, লোককথা বা ধর্মীয় আলোচনায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। দৈনন্দিন কথাবার্তায় ব্যবহৃত হয় না। 'পুরাতন মন্ত্র', 'জাদুমন্ত্র' এর মতো বাক্যে সচরাচর শোনা যায়।
