스포츠에서, 특히 농구나 축구 등에서 공이나 선수가 규정된 경기장 안에 있을 때를 말합니다. 경기장 안에서 경기를 시작할 때에도 사용됩니다.

주로 스포츠(특히 농구) 용어로 쓰이며, 'inbounds pass', 'inbounds play' 등에서 자주 등장합니다. 'out of bounds'(아웃 오브 바운드)와 반대 개념입니다.
