কোনো তরলে সম্পূর্ণভাবে ডুবে থাকা বা কোনো কাজ, চিন্তা, পরিবেশে গভীরভাবে প্রবেশ করে থাকা।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'immersed' প্রায়ই ভাবার্থে ব্যবহৃত হয়, যেমন 'immersed in work' মানে কাজ নিয়ে নিমগ্ন থাকা। 'immersed in water' এক্ষেত্রে 'submerged'-এর চেয়ে কম ব্যবহৃত হয়।
