Definition

大したことをせず、ぼんやりと時間を過ごすこと。たいていは怠けたりリラックスしているときに使う。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「idle away the time/days」のように使われ、だらだらと無目的に過ごす時に使う。人にだけ使い、機械などには使わない。
