Definition

コンピューターやデバイスでアプリやファイル、コマンドを表すために使われる小さな画像や記号。また、有名で文化や歴史を象徴する人物も指す。

テクノロジーで複数を指すときは「アイコン」だけでなく「アイコンたち」を使うことも。人に対して使う場合は「伝説的存在」として特別感を持つニュアンスがある。
