빙산

Definition

빙하는 해수면에 떠 있는 아주 큰 얼음 덩어리입니다. 눈에 보이는 부분은 작고, 대부분은 물속에 숨어 있습니다.

주로 과학, 지리, 또는 극지방 바다 이야기에 쓰입니다. 'tip of the iceberg'는 겉으로 보이는 건 아주 일부라는 뜻으로도 사용됩니다.
