特定の場所や人の近くにいる、または数字やレベルが大きく変化せずそのあたりにとどまること。

価格・人数・温度がほとんど変わらない時や、人が近くをうろつく状況で使う。堅い表現ではなく、物理的な「飛ぶ」とは異なる。
