Definition

加熱プレートで、料理や食べ物の保温に使う小型の調理器具。多くは電気で動き、持ち運びに便利です。

キッチン、研究室、寮、キャンプなど、コンロがない場所でよく使います。「ホットプレート」は一語。主に電気式です。「コンロ」や「グリドル」とは違います。
