Definition

미래에 좋은 일이 일어나기를 바라거나 소망하는 것.

주로 명사, 사건과 함께 사용: 'hope for the best', 'hope for good news'. 'hope to'와 달리 미래의 불확실한 긍정적인 결과를 기대함.

We hope for good weather tomorrow.

우리는 내일 좋은 날씨를 **바랍니다**.
