어떤 일을 나중으로 미루거나, 이전 시대의 정책이나 사람, 물건 등을 계속 유지하는 것.

주로 비즈니스, 회의, 일정 조정에서 사용됨. 예전 정책, 사람, 사물도 유지할 때 사용.

We need to hold over this decision until tomorrow.

이 결정을 내일까지 **연기해야** 해요.

The meeting was held over because not everyone could attend.

모두 참석할 수 없어서 회의가 **연기되었다**.
