用绳子把人或动物的手脚一起绑起来,使其无法动弹,常用于限制牲畜。也可以指限制某人行动自由。

最初用于限制动物,特别是猪。现在也可比喻极大地限制他人的行为,多见于口语和非正式场合。不要和一般的“绑起来”混淆。
