누군가 주저한다면, 확신이 없거나 걱정되어 쉽게 행동하지 못하는 상태를 말합니다.
Usage Notes (Korean)
대부분 사람이나 행동의 망설임이나 불확실함을 나타낼 때 쓴다. 'hesitant to', 'hesitant about'과 함께 자주 사용된다. 'reluctant'과 달리 단순히 망설임을 뜻한다.
