この表現は乾杯の際に、誰かを称えたり幸せを願って使います。お祝いの場で友人などに使われます。

カジュアルな場やパーティーなどで使い、正式なスピーチや挨拶には使いません。「君に」「私たちに」など相手や状況にあわせて変えられます。乾杯時に使います。
