Definition

高い場所から低い場所へ、例えば乗り物や椅子、舞台から降りるのを手伝うこと。

主に身体的な支援に使う表現で、子供や高齢者、または高い・不安定な場所から降りるときに使われます。'help (someone) down from...'の形が多いです。精神的サポートには使いません。
