多くの問題や混乱、騒ぎを引き起こす人や物で、しばしばエネルギッシュだったり攻撃的だったりします。時に賞賛の気持ちもやや含まれますが、たいてい手に負えない人という意味です。

主にアメリカ英語の口語やスラングで使います。手に負えない人や無謀なドライバーなどに使われ、まれに賞賛のニュアンスもありますが、通常は否定的です。直訳しないでください。
