ヘリポートは、ヘリコプターが安全に離着陸できる平らな場所や施設です。病院の屋上やオフィスビル、船などによく設置されています。

災害・医療などの専門分野や緊急時によく使われます。「屋上」「仮設」「病院」などの言葉と一緒に用いられることが多いです。空港全体ではなく、ヘリコプター用の簡易設備を指します。
