꽉 잡다간직하다

Definition

무언가를 꽉 잡거나, 남에게 주지 않고 계속 가지고 있는 것.

비격식적으로 사용됨. 물건이나 기억을 '꽉 잡다', '간직하다'에 모두 쓸 수 있다. 'hang out'(어울리다)과 다르다.

Hang onto the railing when you go down the stairs.

계단 내려갈 때는 난간을 **꽉 잡으세요**.

Can I hang onto this book a little longer?

나 이 책을 좀 더 **가지고 있어도** 될까?
