Definition

ハンドスプリングは、手をついて体を回して跳び上がり、足で着地する体操の技です。前方や後方に行うことが多いです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に体操やチアリーディング、アクロバットで使います。'back handspring'は後ろ向き、'front handspring'は前向きです。横回転の'cartwheel'とは異なります。数えられる名詞として使われます。
