これは、他と比べて間違いなく一番だと強調したいときに使うカジュアルな表現です。

カジュアルな会話で使い、「断トツ」や「間違いなく」というニュアンス。フォーマルな場面ではあまり使わない。直訳せず、強調表現で用いる。
