Definition

ভ্রম হলো যখন কেউ এমন কিছু দেখে, শোনে বা অনুভব করে যা আসলে সেখানে নেই, সাধারণত অসুস্থতা, ওষুধ অথবা মানসিক অবস্থার কারণে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

এটি সাধারণত চিকিৎসা, মনোবিজ্ঞান ও বৈজ্ঞানিক আলোচনায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'visual hallucination', 'auditory hallucination', 'hallucinations থেকে ভুগছেন' এই রকম শোনা যায়। 'illusion' (ভ্রান্তি) থেকে আলাদা, কারণ সেটি বাস্তব কিছুর ভুল ব্যাখ্যা।
