色や長さなど髪の特徴を示すときに、他の形容詞と一緒に使う。「黒髪の」「長髪の」など。単独では使わない。

単独では使わず、「黒髪の」「長髪の」など形容詞＋髪で使う表現です。動物には「毛の長い」などにもなる。

Sarah is a brown-haired girl.

サラは**茶髪の**女の子です。

My dog is short-haired.

私の犬は**短毛種**です。
