誰かと値段などについて交渉し、できるだけ有利にしようと話し合うこと。主に買い物の時に使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

カジュアルな場面、特に市場や対面での買い物に使う。フォーマルな交渉では用いない。たとえば「値段を値切る」と言う。
