意味のない話やばかげたこと。本気で受け取る必要のない話を指す。

くだらない話やたわごとはカジュアルでやや軽蔑的な表現。やや下品な印象もあるので、フォーマルな場では使われません。『Don't give me that guff』は『そんなこと言わないで』といった意味。

That's just guff; I don't believe it.
