Definition

うなり声は、犬などの動物が怒ったときに出す低くて深い音です。また、人がお腹が空いた時のお腹の鳴る音も指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「growling」は動物の怒り声に使われることが多いですが、「my stomach is growling」のようにお腹が鳴るときにも使います。人が怒っている時にも使われることがありますが、あまり一般的ではありません。
