「groovy」の最上級で、特に音楽やファッション、パーティで一番おしゃれ・最高にイケてるという意味のカジュアルな表現です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

とてもカジュアルで、1960〜70年代風やレトロな雰囲気・ノリで使われることが多いです。人、音楽、服、パーティーなどを褒める表現。「最強にイケてる」などニュアンスに共通。フォーマルな場面では使わない。
