「Grandpa（おじいちゃん）」の複数形で、父方・母方どちらのおじいちゃんも親しみを込めて呼ぶ時に使います。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

子どもや家族内で親しみを込めて使う言葉で、フォーマルな場ではあまり使われません。「grandfathers」が正式。
