やらかすしくじる

Definition

うっかりミスをしたり、物事を間違えたりすること。軽い失敗や失態に使われるとてもカジュアルな表現。

「やらかす」や「しくじる」はカジュアルで友人同士によく使います。「mess up」と同じ感じで、重大なミスにはあまり使いません。

I goofed up on the test and got many answers wrong.
