ニョッキ

Definition

ニョッキは、主にじゃがいも、小麦粉、卵から作られ、ソースと一緒に提供されるイタリアの団子料理です。

英語では常に複数形で使います。「potato gnocchi」や「spinach gnocchi」などが一般的です。イタリア料理店でよく見かけ、パスタと似た料理法ですが、厳密にはパスタではありません。発音は「ニョッキ」です。
