필요 이상으로 어떤 것이 지나치게 많이 공급된 상황을 의미합니다. 주로 시장에서 물건이 과잉 공급되어 문제가 될 때 사용합니다.

공식적·경제 관련 맥락에서 자주 쓰이며, 'glut of~', 'market glut' 형태로 많이 나타납니다. 사람에게 거의 사용하지 않습니다.
