কিছু দ্রুত, অসম্পূর্ণ দেখা বা অল্প সময়ের অভিজ্ঞতা বা ইঙ্গিত বোঝায়। সাধারণত সংক্ষিপ্তভাবে কিছু দেখা বা অনুভব করার ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

'glimpses' সাধারণত একাধিক সংক্ষিপ্ত দেখা বা অভিজ্ঞতার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'catch glimpses of...' বা 'glimpses into...' ধরণের বাক্যে বেশি দেখা যায়। এটা কখনোই দীর্ঘ বা বিস্তারিত দেখার জন্য নয়।
