Expresión informal, muy usada para empezar tareas. Normalmente se utiliza con sustantivos o verbos en gerundio: 'get started on la tarea', 'get started on limpiando'. No se usa antes de un infinitivo. A veces se puede intercambiar con 'empezar', pero suena un poco más casual.
