ガスで相手を害したり殺したりすること。スラングでは、話を盛ったり、やたらと自慢げに話すことも指す。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

公式にはガス攻撃の意味ですが、イギリス若者言葉などでは自慢や大げさな話を指します。「gassing up」（おだてる）とは違います。
