Definition

庭や植物、花の手入れや育成をする人のこと。プロとして、または趣味で行う人も含まれます。

プロの園芸師だけでなく、趣味で庭いじりをする人も含まれます。「プロの庭師」や「家庭の庭師」などと区別して使います。「farmer（農家）」とは規模や役割が異なります。
