কোনো বিষয়, দক্ষতা বা ক্ষেত্রের সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং প্রাথমিক অংশ বা নীতি। কিছু ভালোভাবে বুঝতে এগুলো আগে শিখতে হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

Plural noun হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং সাধারণত কোনো বিষয়ের 'the fundamentals of...' বলতে ব্যবহার হয়, যেমন শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে। 'basics' শব্দটির চেয়ে আরও আনুষ্ঠানিক।
