Um fugitivo é uma pessoa que está a fugir, normalmente da polícia ou da lei. O termo também pode referir-se a alguém que foge de perigo ou perseguição.

Utilizado sobretudo em contextos formais ou legais. Costuma-se dizer 'fugitivo da justiça'. Não confunda com 'refugiado', quem foge por perigo, não da polícia.
