Definition

মেঝের ওপর বসানোর জন্য ব্যবহৃত কাঠ, টাইলস বা কার্পেটের মতো উপকরণ যাতে হাঁটা বা কাজ করা যায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'ফ্লোরিং' সাধারণভাবে মেঝে ঢাকার উপকরণ বোঝায়, যেমন 'wooden flooring', 'tile flooring'। রুমের মেঝে কাঠামো নয়, কেবল ওপরের স্তরকে বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। বাইরের উঠোন বা মাটি বোঝাতে ব্যবহার হয় না।
