Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に書き言葉やフォーマルな場面で、不正や破壊的な行為に対する強い批判を表現する時に使います。小さなミスや良い行動には使いません。「flagrantly ignore」「flagrantly violate」などとよく一緒に使われます。
