固く締まっていない、だらんとした状態を表す言葉で、筋肉や皮膚、物体がしっかりしていない様子を指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に医学や科学分野で使われます。「flaccid muscle」など体の状態に関して用いられ、日常会話ではあまり使いません。「fragile」や「soft」とは意味が異なります。
