誰かや何かの方向に銃や武器で発砲すること。主に警察や軍隊の文脈で使われる。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
警察や軍の場面でよく使われる表現。「fire at」は質問などが浴びせられる比喩にも使われるが、「火をつける」意味では使わない。
