Definition

ফিঞ্চ ছোট আকারের গাইতে পারে এমন পাখি, যাদের ঠোঁট ছোট এবং মূলত বাগান ও জঙ্গলে দেখা যায়। এরা বিভিন্ন প্রজাতির হয় এবং সুন্দর পালক ও মধুর গান জন্য পরিচিত।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'ফিঞ্চ' শব্দটি মূলত পাখি সংক্রান্ত বিজ্ঞান, পক্ষী দেখতে যাওয়া বা প্রকৃতি আলোচনায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। উদাহরণ: 'ডারউইনের ফিঞ্চ', 'জেব্রা ফিঞ্চ'। সাধারণ কথাপ্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয় না।
