Definition

বিশেষ অনুষ্ঠান বা উৎসবের সময় অনেক মানুষের সঙ্গে প্রচুর খাবার উপভোগ করা। এটি সাধারণ খাওয়ার চেয়ে বেশি আনন্দ ও উৎসবের সঙ্গে যুক্ত।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'Feasting' সাধারণত উৎসব, বিবাহ বা ছুটির দিনে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'feasting on' বলতে নির্দিষ্ট কোনো খাবারে তৃপ্তিভরে খাওয়া বোঝানো হয়। সাধারন 'eating' থেকে বেশি উৎসবমুখর।
