Definition

誰かや何かに普段より多く食べさせて体重を増やすこと。動物によく使われ、人にも冗談で使う。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

カジュアルで冗談っぽく使うことが多い。「動物を太らせる」ときによく使い、「人を太らせる」場合は冗談や親しみを込めて使われる。医学用語ではない。
