物が動かないように、ボタンやベルト、ストラップなどをしっかりと留めること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「fasten」は「ボタンを留める」「シートベルトを締める」などに使う少し堅い表現です。「ドアを締める」場合は使いません。
