ファシリテーターは、会議やワークショップ、学習の場で、グループの協力や意見交換を円滑にし、目標達成をサポートする人です。

教育やビジネス、コミュニティの場でよく使います。ファシリテーターはリーダーや講師ではなく、話し合いを進行し秩序を保ちます。「プレゼンター」や「モデレーター」とは違います。
