‘Empty suit’는 직위나 외모는 그럴듯하지만 실제로 능력이나 실력이 없는 사람을 뜻합니다. 주로 관리직이나 리더에게 씁니다.

항상 비격식적이며 비하의 의미. 쓸모없는 관리자나 리더를 지칭할 때 사용. 긍정적이거나 중립적 맥락에서는 사용하지 않음.
