Thiết bị hoặc vật liệu phát ra ánh sáng, âm thanh, nhiệt hoặc dạng năng lượng khác. Trong điện tử, nó cũng chỉ phần của transistor mà dòng điện đi ra.
Usage Notes (Vietnamese)
Chủ yếu dùng trong bối cảnh khoa học kỹ thuật, điện tử. Hay gặp trong cụm 'LED emitter', 'sound emitter'. Không nên nhầm với 'transmitter' (thiết bị truyền tín hiệu).
