屋根が壁の外側へと張り出し、雨水を建物から遠ざけるための部分。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

通常は複数形「ひさし」で使われます。住宅や建築、雨対策の話題でよく登場します。「イブ（前夜）」とは意味が違うので注意してください。
