"Eatables" अंग्रेजी में अब कुछ औपचारिक या पुराना शब्द माना जाता है; आम तौर पर "food" या "snacks" का प्रयोग होता है। "Edibles" शब्द का उपयोग कैनाबिस-युक्त खाद्य के लिए भी होता है, सावधान रहें।
