榴槤是一種大型熱帶水果，外皮帶有尖刺，以強烈的氣味和奶油般的甜味出名，在東南亞很受歡迎。

「榴槤」通常作名詞，很少加複數。由於氣味強烈，有些人喜歡，有些人覺得難以接受。在部份國家的飯店或交通工具上禁止攜帶。常見於東南亞料理。
