經常喝醉的人，特別是那些過量和習慣性喝酒的人。

“Drunkard”為正式或過時詞語，常帶貶義。現今多用“alcoholic”（著重成癮）或“heavy drinker”。不是指偶爾喝醉，而是指習慣性過量飲酒的人。
